SDJ74 Reunion Lunch - Year of the Pig

The large turnout proved one thing. Those who say we only meet when something untoward happened, are wrong. 

We do make an effort to meet in happy occasions like today. With the yamseng and lo-hei, together with cheers and endless laughters, our gathering has improved tremendously. Keep it up! Let's have a fantastic Year of the Pig!

Visit to SDJ 2019 - new discovery

Today visit to the SDJ school compound is certainly a memorable one given that it is also a day we just celebrated our SDJ74 CNY reunion lunch. Changes include new pre-U classes for both boys and girls, new headmaster, etc.

Breakfast at Jalan Tan Hiok Nee with Chin Fatt and wife

While loitering around Jalan Tan Hiok Nee 3 of us decided to go to a Dongguan coffee shop for a drink and guess what, we bumped into another Jaafarian who was having breakfast with his wife. They were none other than Yong Chin Fatt and Ho Lee Chin. Great coincidence. So we had a warm and happy breakfast all together. 

Many thanks to Chin Fatt who kindly gave 3 of us a lift to the new year gathering at Pekin Restaurant.

As the Year of the Pig gets nearer, festive activities are picking up for Jaffarians all over the world. Not just in Geylang and JB, but also in Australia. Let's have more updates from you guys on more of such wonderful activities.

SDJ Boys Found at Geylang

Four SDJ boys were seen wandering and loitering around the Geylang Lorong 23 area. That's where Cheam Heng Teng office is located. The other 3 were identified as Pang Kwong Tik and Chia Kok Keng and spooky Ken. Some thing fishy was going on there .

And yes Donald Trump Heng Teng hosted us to a meal of curry fish head for our first Cabinet meeting of the year. Thanks.

With the air and sea conflicts, you guys may not like the idea of coming to Singapore, but if you do this fish head is waiting for you. The 4 of us and others in SG, will be glad to play host to you. Cheers!

Lunch Gathering at Molek

A few of us were having a great time enjoying the great food at Molek Cafe, JB yesterday. Wow, looks delicious. There we have Man Soon, Soo Kum, Mau Heng, Gee Tong and Steven. Looking like in their early forties savouring in the food and the great moment!
